Home Health MCP is a private, single-user MCP server that lets its owner's Claude read and log his own Google Health data. Only one allow-listed Google account can sign in. Health data is fetched on request and never stored or shared; OAuth tokens are kept encrypted on the owner's home server and can be revoked at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
